About Me

I’m Cindy, a qualified counsellor offering one-to-one therapy online. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress and life challenges, helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and move forward in a way that feels right for you. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, you’re very welcome to get in touch. You can send me a message using the form below or book a free consultation. I’ll usually respond within 24–48 hours.
I know it’s not always easy to open up, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood and not judged. I work in a way that’s warm, collaborative and led by you. That means we go at your pace and focus on what feels most important for you, rather than following a strict structure. I’m trained in an integrative approach, which means I draw from different therapeutic models depending on what you need. But more than anything, I believe the relationship we build is what makes therapy feel safe and effective. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We can work through it together.
